What's /v/'s opinion of these various transport-business simulator franchises? Which are the most polished? Which are the most autistic?

Semi related but I dream of a game akin to Vicky 2 or something where you work as like the logistics minister of a nation.
You don't directly control politics or armies/navy, but you control how well the army runs essentially
for example, you manage your logistics well and your army can roll over other nations, but then if your AI gets cocky or in over its head you have to play a whole lot of catch up and repair, which means your armies do worse

Dunno, loved the economics of Vicky games but hate the army micromanagement, wish I could automate the entire military aspect of that
