"Speedrunning" is all an autistic larp. I remember watching some Halo "speedrun" and the dude kept dying over and over again and lowering the difficulty. It was fucking hilarious to watch, and I can't believe anyone takes this retarded faggotry seriously.

If you love a game and say.. you want to try beating it in a single sitting, or in a single week or something, it's one thing. But there's that group of people who.. got too deep into it, and then they're looking at Mario 64 code to see if it's possible to do a more efficient goomba stomp, and the game itself is a distant memory.
