Which do I play?
>>720686392It's unironically of the same genre
>>720686392Torchlight 2 lets you have a cool pet to run around with.
>>720686676FPBP
>>720686392Porque no los dos?
>>720686757Diablo 2 lets you revive any enemy to run around with.
>>720686392Depends if you're playing solo
>>720686392One is a genre defining classic, the other has been completely forgotten for over a decade...tough question.
>>720686392Diablo's light, the search for the ber rune
I like both
>>720686392Torchlight II is playable offline.
>>720686392TL2 with SynergiesMOD. Without it the game gets quite boring by Act 2.
>>720694313So is D2
>>720686676kino
TL2 is bugged on xbox
Project Diablo 2
>>720686676How is the GBA version of this one different from the PS2 and Xbox version? I played the PS2 version. It was unexpected kino back when franchise games had a reputation for being absolute shit shovelware.
>>720686392TL2 is fun if you delve into mods, but D2 is the overall better game and experience.
>>720699249Isn't that dead?
both of these games suck but diablo 2 annoyed me less
>>720699558uh no, and it's actively updated with new seasons every few monthsthere's like 1000 people online at the same time every day
>>720686392if you had to pick only one then diablo 2.
>>720699341GBA LoTR games are straight up Diablo clones, hack n slash looter gamesExcept for the fellowship one which is a 4 niggas in a row RPG from what I remember, I have hazy memories of that game
>>720701834Diablo 2 is one of the few games with difficulties where you play through the game again that has kept me playing. They really nailed the progression of normal/nightmare/hell with all of the different items added in each difficulty and just the experience of it. Normal can still be a bit of a slog just because you don't have your core skills most of the time. Nightmare is a breeze usually where you just kill everything pretty easily with your new shit. Hell is where you have to start thinking about equipment and resistances. Each difficulty offers something different.
