As you can see, this is a PlayStation black disc. Cut number 1 contains computer data, so please don't play it... but you probably won't listen to me anyway, will you?
black discs were mysterious but really a meme
>>720703540I am not gay but-
This was the only original PS1 disc I ever seen, piracy was so normal I only learned that the PS1 didn't played pirated CDs decades later, mine came modded out of the box
>>720703823PS1's in countries like Brazil were usually modded instore so that store owners can sell you pirated discs they themselves burned.
I will forever respect Robert Belgrade for lending his kino voice to random not-Castlevania fangames.
>>720704187I'm interested in this
>>720703823>Non-playable demosdamn, even their demo discs don't have games
>>720703823>>720704058Yeah, in Latam in general, really. Finding a non-chipped console was actually hard! Got a PS1 in 1998, and back then you could get the so called "HK Silver" discs for about $5. Good times. Still have a bunch of these discs around.
>>720708812If you still have the console, keep it. Some people say modded PS1's are a dime a dozen but in all my 15 years of collecting I've only ever found 1 chipped PS1 and the chip doesn't even work.
>>720710695Yeah, I still have it.If you want chipped ps1/ps2, you can find them EVERYWHERE in latam, seriously.
>>720710695you can softmod a ps1 memory card to launch burnt cds these days
