Yeah it’s not that good. Mostly serves as a teaser for 3 and something being wrong after the conclusion of both games. The story present is really barebones and doesn’t make you care about both new characters at all or returning characters any more than you did before. Bionis Shoulder was cool to explore officially I guess.
Also the combat sucked. Xenoblade 1’s regular combat isn’t good but FC’s new nopon gimmick is just kinda shit.

Battle BGM was excellent, the Xeno DLC stories tend to go all out with that for some reason.

Nintendo is only updating their multi-million sellers. The only XB that sold “well” by nintendo standards is XB2 and that’s going to get some kind of definitive edition sooner or later.
As for the rest, good luck. If ot isn’t going to help sell more switch 2 consoles or more copies of the game, Nintendo won’t bother. Nintendo doesn’t do shit for free unless it’s objectively beneficial for them.

MK8 is obsolete by MK World.
Ultimate doesn’t need updates.
AC did get massive performance improvements in the same way as pokemon. It’s actually playable now.
