It's retarded you should play a game as close to it's original release unless it's like a KOTOR 2 situation where it's missing shitlloads of content and needs restoration or mods that make it run properly (vanilla) on modern systems.

I'm not even nostalgiafagging I only played Deus Ex for the first time and loved it all you need to stress to people is if you want to do non-lethal is you need to use batons and bonk people in the back (Not the back of the head like the lower back) once i figured that out I was able to do a 99% no kill run

The new maps are terrible, the fanfic tier writing is immediately apparent and it breaks the game balance even MORE than vanilla. You can destroy laser emitters with a sword now.
