It doesn't surprise me. One of the problems with remakes is that the people who played the original may not want to play the remake, which is what happened to me. Oblivion Remastered is the exact same game with better graphics.

ue5 games struggle to hold gamers interest because they lag no matter the gpu and take about 5 minutes to fully launch and load into saves.

The graphics arent good enough to justify the performance. I'd rather not deal with anti soul gas, nanite pop in, forced lumen, taa, dithering instead of transparency

I guess the remastered is ok for anyone who doesn't mod.
I looove modding Oblivion, adding new places and quests, making everyone look prettier so I can undresd them, making better cities, etc. Also, "Revelations".
