Is this game actually any good? It feels like no one talked about it at all. The girls seem cute at least but is there some actual meat to the bone besides that? How is it compared to Life is Strange?

It's about the same quality; strong first half then falls apart because it gets rushed. Slightly more "gameplay" since it has a Camcorder you can film with which LiS lacked with Max's Polaroid Camera. And much like the first LiS, it's a homage/rip off of several stories this time being IT, The Color Out of Space and Yellowjackets mainly. You also have your typical supernatural elements as a metaphor if you choose to interpret it that way except it actually happens this time. Your choices actually matter with various changes to the rest of the game but the ending is mostly the same. The soundtrack is an absolute highlight. I loved it and I hope they get to continue the series since there's a lot they can do with it. There was also an ARG that's an interesting companion piece to the game.
