>Go to the final dungeon>My only healer is killed in a cutscene by some noname I dismissed >Can't revive him for some reason>Can't remove any permanent debuffs>Can't heal myself in any other way >Every enemy has fear effects and permanent debuffs that can't be removedNice game design you got there
>>720735547Yeah, Nyressa's Funhouse is shit. Nobody will judge you if you download Toybox and cheat your way over the finish line.
>>720735547Jaethal and/or Tristian coming out of nowhere even if you killed or kicked them out is definitely one of the most retarded things about this game
>>720735774>download Toybox and cheat your way over the finish lineYour big reward for falling for these daily generals and playing this 90 hour long piece of crap
just abuse pathfinder’s poorly written rules to become unhittable
>>720735982I made Valerie unhittable but the scouts just permanently paralysed everyone else so I had to watch for 20 minutes as they were missing at eachothers and dealing occasional 5 damage on 20/20 rolls. This game sucks so much ass.
>>720735547>>720735902When I played Rogue Trader recently I thought OwlScat finally figured out the formula and made a good game for a change, but then I finished Act 3 and quit. Coming out of Commorragh reminded me of leaving Shadowlands in BG3. Final nail in the coffin was looking it up and finding out I missed out on a SW Marine companion because of some convoluted dialogue path with a xenoshit (Why would a Dogmatic Imperial do all that?).
>>720736909haven't played BG3, what's so universally terrible about Act 3 that makes people drop it so often?
>>720735547the companions ending and resolutions are one of the weaker parts of kingmaker. you have to tardwrangle all of them in their quests or else they fucking kill themselves. terrible design. i think kingmaker had better companions but wrath of the righteous handled them better.
>>720738213Tone shift from high stakes, big action dystopian set-piece to what feels like a starter area with busy-work side-quests and anticlimactic interruption of the story, still better than Rogue Trader's plot/pacing thoughever, just reminded me of it.
>>720738369I think the main problem is that the game doesn't check which companions do you spend time with and treats everyone as if they're important which leads to silly outcomes when they're dead or you dismissed them. >i think kingmaker had better companionsIdk how can anyone think that. I hated every companion in Kingmaker. They all were either bland or very annoying. At least wotr had regill and wenduagh who carried it for me.
>>720739010>Idk how can anyone think that. I hated every companion in KingmakerHoly shit taste>wenduagOkay that explains it
>>720735547>he played a pure martialKek
>>720739010>>720740445No he's spitting facts. The lizard guy who whines nonstop about how hard and miserable it is being a mutant and how he'll die when he's 30 is both obnoxious and a wetblanket that drains any spec of levity from the game. I always recruit Wendaug just to keep him off my party.
>>720740898Lann being shit or not has nothing to do with Wendog being shit, especially when you can simply not use bothWendog is truly so shit that she managed to fail at the most basic bitch of waifufag archetypes which is the "I can fix her" girl, truly a terrible character
>>720735902At least they learned from their mistakes and wotr has none of the shortcomings km has, right? ... Right?
>>720735547>play tabletranny shovelware>get surprised its badly designedlmao
Just get blind fighting from the perk seller outside the madhouseThe real question is what the FUCK was up with Darven and those knights????
>>720735547Just get a mercenary or level up Harrim
>>720742173>perk sellerWha?
>the house at the end of fun
>>720741004I wasn't interested in fixing her since she was already based and said out of pocket shit which was funny and convinced me not to drop the game since I thought everyone would talk like that nigger marvel paladin. I think the romance is the weakest part of the game since it forces you to do 180 and be kind to her and promote equal rights crap or else she'll throw a tantrum and leave you
>>720735547I don't know if I just stumbled dick-first into some hidden strategy but I honestly had no issue with the finale of the game, from House onwards. To the extent that I don't even know what advice to give to people that struggled with it because I just breezed through it. I suppose just being a retarded Barbarian served me well. Many such cases.
