You don't, BM was designed for a different game. The entire orc race would have to be redesigned pretty significantly. If there were more things to scout throughout the game and static defense were stronger BM wouldn't be such a problem. But like 95% of players are creeping retards that want to have 1 base all game and make the same units 10000 times in a row every matchup (UD and NE players I'm looking at you). So the game kept getting balanced in the direction of repetitive play that didn't involve scouting and BM got some minor nerfs, but had to remain strong because other pieces of orc couldn't get used much either like pillage. BM is so strong because most of the time he's supposed to be running around using windwalk to scout and can maybe get off a kill or two here and there.
