if you owned the remake they already put onto PC years ago you got this version for free, but you have to use the microsoft store launcher to play it, so the only players on steam are those who were willing to buy the game for full ass price, which i would imagine is very few for gears 1 alone

I played the LAST remaster on PC. AND I played the original on PC back when it came out so I was already caught up on the brumak level. I really don't need to play (or pay for) the main game again.
