It was unplayable on release, took way longer than anticipaded, and barely added meaningful content. I think the hubris of bein a one man developer is catching up to him. This game sold over a million copies on release from being a viral success and its never going to move a significant amount of units ever again. It also got about ten thousand times the amount of attention this guy ever could have imagined it getting so he now has to deal with a ton of pressure from that amount of expectation there is now. Hiring some additional devs doesn't really make sense, as the game is never going to generate much money from this point onward no matter how good updates are.

Maybe he has changed his mind now that reality hit him. It would be a complete tragedy. This game has so much potential to just die like this. Here's hoping he has some love to his craft, or at least some integrity. Another game based on Schedule 1 will most likely be relased in the future by a bigger and most ambitions team, so it's not all lost.
