One thing I cannot understand about BL4 needing these monster PC specs to hit 60FPS is how the game still has the toon shader art style. If it was something hyper real like GTA6, sure, makes sense you'd need a $3k rig to hit high resolutions at 60FPS+, but BL?Am I just retarded and am missing something about why BL4 has such crazy requirements?
