Why are Nintendo prices so cheap?

Given their current business model, I don't really understand why they don't just full-send it and make games like, $200?
Make amiibos 900 bucks and game DLC 150.
Why not? And then if you want to play them you can make them only compatible with 300 dollar peripheral.

It would be easy money for them
