I want them to keep the exact same civil war plotline as TESV but set in Hammerfell, then watch all the people who supported the nord stormcloaks mysteriously become anti-redguard rebellion and pro-empire.

Magic to be fleshed out more and better-scaled. Summoning based conjurations to have a "tactics" menu that works like FFXII's Gambit system. Destruction to have ways to scale damage as well as weapons. Restoration to gain buffing spells to have more of a design space. NPCs to have interactions with Illusions. Mysticism to be brought back, and let you mess around with physics engine psychokinesis and short-term time manipulation.
