I thought "ironic weeb" meant you don't actually watch any anime or play any Japanese games. You just pretend to like those things as a mocking parody of people who do, since you're supposed to act overtly insufferable and sarcastic while you do it to make it clear you're being disingenuous. Am I wrong about this? Though I suppose OP is doing exactly that if they're being disingenuous.
