Friendslop is basically the flavor of the month right now, part of that lethal company style coop genre. Sure Borderlands as a series predates the term itself, but I just find these kinds of games incredibly boring and the only real reason I can see people enjoying them is the usual “it’s fun in coop duh"

Yeah I just realized I already have the BL2 goty edition in my library. I stopped playing after beating that midget warthug whatever boss at level 5, but it feels really shallow. At least when playing alone. Is the only redeeming factor that it’s fun with friends?
