Epic don't do enough to guide developers to tune their games and instead push their bleeding edge additions that for the majority of games are unnecessary and have high performance requirements. Also they're obviously being paid off by Nvidia to do so as apparent from things like the laughable "nvidia optimizations" in Borderlands 4
