As someone who grew up in the PS2 era playing Jak, Ratchet and Sly, man has it sucked seeing what Naughty Dog, Insomniac and now Sucker Punch have become. Seriously, it seems like half the dev team of Ghost of Yotei are getting fired for being deranged leftists who were stupid enough to attach their name and occupation to posts celebrating the murder of a public figure. I had thought that *maybe* Sucker Punch was the one remaining developer from that PS2 platformer era that hadn't invited in these freaks to rot the company from the inside, but nope, it really is every single studio. These people preach about diversity but the companies they infest are all identical now. I truly hope GoY (lol nice acronym retards) flops hard. GoT did alright but it also released in such a shit year for gaming that even a mediocre game like it stuck out as being one of the best of the year. I was a huge fan of the Sly Cooper games and I really enjoyed Infamous 2, but those days are over and Sucker Punch just needs to be put out of its misery.

I agree with op sly trilogy and infamous 1 and 2 especially was kino. Naughty dog and insomniac used to be great too. Media molecule and team asobi are really the only playstation studios I still like.

>>720765037If you liked infamous, I'd highly recommend Forspoken. The story is generic, the facial animations are questionable but the gameplay? Its like second son fully realized, you change elements mid attack, pull off insane combos. Its not for everyone but most of its fans are old infamous snd prototype fans like me.
