>restructure the entire game, big expansive levels like ground zeroes with one or two mini open worlds filled with objectives/story moments
>use the extra power of the ps4/Xbox one to let you actually build up your base. Let the player personalize it and see it grow in real time in a way thats not shit or with 10 mile long bridges
>chapter 1 is still about taking down skullface but dont make him embarassing with the 10 minute WOOOOOAHHHH car ride, keep his plan about giving nukes to everyone and killing white people that was cool
>chapter 2 is focused almost exclusively in actually running diamond dogs, bb will take missions and money from morally gray people and slowly accept more fucked up jobs, by the end of the game you're straight up helping violent dictators shut down protests, assassinations and participating in the drug trade/arms dealing. Maybe human trafficking if you want it to be particularly edgy
>let bb interact with the soldiers more, giving speeches, training them. Have minigames where you see them grow and start to idolize him more
>the kids stay, but now they start getting involved in work around the base, with bb not really doing anything to stop it and letting them eventually be involved in actual combat because he's apathetic to it all
>random attacks on the troops you send on missions/motherbase itself, with the game letting you choose how to deal with it
>keep some repeated missions like in the actual chapter 2, to hammer in how bb is now in a endless cycle of war doing the same shit over and over again
>chapter 3
>you play as solid snake in a mini 3-4 hour classical metal gear campaign ending on you killing bb yourself
>keep the venom twist
