Just beat The Last of Us 2 on grounded, what an incredible experience. I feel like I missed out on so much discussion by waiting to play this masterpiece.

Let me guess...

You also dilated while playing that Jewish dyke game.

There is nothing worth discussing on this shitstain website when it comes to TLOU/TLOU2, but I will say that Grounded is the ONLY way to play this game.
Try your hand at Grounded Permadeath. It's kino

I didn't. In fact, my BWC was thoroughly engorged in a display of heterosexual attraction for a good 3/5th of the duration of my playthrough thanks to Ellie's beauty.

I might go back and give it a try, although I did glitch through the map twice and I died an insane amount of times in Seattle days 1 and 2 so I don't know if I'd play full-game permadeath. Maybe chapter permadeath.

I may hate the story of this game but the actual gameplay is undeniably better than the first in every way.

You didn’t just beat it you are the faggot that is constantly spamming threads and webms he’s made, while arguing about how the game isn’t shit.
>>
>>720785754
You must be confusing me with someone else

Just stop leftie. The games story sucked and you and Neil can fly back to the motherland to make subversive content for the people there.
>>
Should I try and beat Grounded Plus? I tried it twice on no return and got my shit kicked in. The disabled listen mode filtered me. Any tips?

Im actually here but I did not make this thread. Im on my laptop, all my WEBMs are on my PC. Im glad I still live in your memory. TLOU2 has phenomenal gameplay that you can only get the most out of when playing on GROUNDED.
I do miss making the WEBM threads though

>No Return
Not gonna lie, No Return on Grounded is bullshit and the only way to successfully get through it is by blitzing through rounds immediately, not allowing them a chance to group up and get into cover.
It's bullshit but its the way to play it.
Do Grounded+ for some satisfaction though. The SMG trivializes Ellie Day 2

I recommend making manual saves before the encounters you know are tough, just to get a good amount of reps in to have a general idea of how you will complete it. Encounters usually dont play out the same, so you just have to John Wick your way through it. Assuming you are on PC it should be easier
By the way, almost every encounter in Ellie Day 1 after the school is an infected/human mixed encounter so you can lure over the infected to distract the WLFs and make it through unnoticed.
Good luck getting through the Elementary. And Hillcrest. The Hospital Encounter seems daunting but I've done it full stealth and run-gun speeding it through
Heres a trick: throw a smoke bomb at the exit door points

I beat TLOU PART1 on grounded and it instantly entered my top 5. Could honestly go as far up as 3 if some levels were better.

I bet TLOU PART 2 will be top 3 tier once the pacing picks up and i feel motivated to play the game again

Thanks for the advice. I'll probably go back and make a couple of saves where I try this stuff out before committing to a run. I enjoyed the game enough to 100% it, so I'll probably do a run of the chronological mode on grounded and practice.
>>720786535
The pacing was my biggest complaint as well. The first several hours are very slow.
>>

No problem. The toughest part is deciding on which branch paths to upgrade first because pills are so scarce. I rush the smoke bomb and almost never get the Endure perk because of how much commitment it requires to unlock. There's surprisingly a lot of planning that goes into the Permadeath run, beyond just getting through a level unscathed. I still have bad memories of replaying the prologue. I never did beath Full Game Permadeath
