It's really weird the way this is implemented.
In the game, abortion is illegal, but the whorehouse does it anyway. That part makes sense. Anyway the herbs get stolen and they want you to get them back

The weird part is that there's no way for your character to NOT be fully supportive of abortion. Pretty much the only available dialog options are "I love abortion, let me help you" or "Sadly, the ignorant fools made abortion, which I love, illegal, so I can't help you as I don't like to break laws". It gives the feeling like the person who wrote the quest legitimately doesn't comprehend that it's possible for someone to not like abortion, like they think people only oppose abortion out of spite or because they hate women or something.
