The train station is kino personafiedThe entire game is worth it just for these 15 minutes
>>720793230The only part I liked was the buggy section
>>720793230This is literally happening in real life but no one cares.Real life is becoming City 17 at a rapid pace.
>>720793230I remember loving HL2 when I got the Orange Box in '06. Went back to play it again and it actually aged pretty decently and I enjoyed it quite a bit.had a bit of a nostalgia bomb when I remembered laughing with my brothers over the targeted advertising achievement that the X360 version has if you pinned a combine to a bill board with the crossbow
>>720793230Doesn't this game take place in like 2018? Since there was a 20 year timeskip and HL1 released in 1998
>>720793230I agree. But for me the broken bridge section was the peak of the game. Most kino moment in game history.
>>720793230My experience with Half-Life was: "I want to try Alyx, I heard it's peak VR" and then I started with 1 to try to catch up, I enjoyed it but for me it had many parts that just didn't didn't felt fun to play at all, and then I started 2, finished it, and felt it was a 8/10, and then weeks later the YouTube algorithm started spamming videos about the lore, and only then I felt how awesome the experience was retroactively. I can't stop listening to the ost and am about to do another run soon. btw, played Alyx, it isn't even that good, RE Village mogs.
>>720793365>>720793604That whole highway 17 section was absolutely al dente. Unfortunately the game crashes like crazy on steam on my windows 11 machine for some reason.
>>720793365I love the cave where you have to shoot the Antlions with the shotgun. Flex of their tech. Then it all concludes with the sentry section, ludokino.
>>720794672it's horrible on replays
I play the game for my wife
>>720794995oopsthe wife in question:
>>720795074The orbs this thing shoots out would be such a kino way to commit suicide
for me its charging into nova prospekt with the ant lions and commanding them to tear apart the hapless combine soldiers.
