I really don't think we can debate/argue this anymore than it's been done over the years. Chibi, who is autistic, decides to sit down on the couch that he wasn't even invited onto. He starts providing random commentary on the game despite not knowing anything about it. Caveman doesn't know who this guy is and is clearly annoying everyone. Nobody else on the couch seems to react or care that Chibi is there aside from Caveman. Caveman finally tells Chibi to be quiet but then tells Chibi that he is also correct at the same time. People start donating for Chibi to be more obnoxious/do stuff.

I think Caveman had every right to be annoyed by this. You're telling me you wouldn't have been annoyed in this scenario if you were Caveman? You're okay with a random person just sitting down next to you and commentating on a game that he knows nothing about? Caveman just probably thought "Wow, this guy is weird and annoying." And to be fair, Chibi had no ill intentions, but if anything, this feels more like Aspergers, like not understanding social cues. A normal person wouldn't probably just walk up and sit on a couch that they weren't invited to sit on, especially at a speedrunning convention, unless Chibi just thought that anyone could sit on the couch. I stopped fucking keeping up with Chibi years ago. All I know is he tried to go to Japan to teach English, got on some game show at the airport showing his fly was down, and he was still living with his mom at one point but said he paid all the bills, and she didn't do shit. That was probably years ago though, so I don't know what he's doing now? I thought he transitioned or something? Came out as gay or a furry? He's a fucking mess.
