Probably Minthara or Lae'zel. I always cringe at warrior women in fiction but Minthara and others in the game are not human, their biology and culture is completely different which makes it actually believable instead pushing you out of the world and reminding you it's fiction. I think the writers really nailed it making their culture seem so alien. Minthara and Lae'zel are very Similar but i like Mintharas cruelty, while Lae'zel takes no pleasure in others suffering, she just doesn't care, the weak suffer and that's the way of the world while Minthara seems to actually take pleasure in it making her a very fun character to have on screen.
I love Shepard's pet suit rat.
