This game punishes you for cleaning up the house from Visitors. If you kill all your Visitors, let's say they were 2/3 of your tenants in one day, that night a FEMA glowie might arrive and take that other 1 tenant you had, leaving you alone. Then, the pale motherfucker shows up and it's game over.
