Pretty much, but they didn't really have to do much to win it.
Xbox is just gamepass (which I actually quite like)
And PS is still doing shockingly good, but it's dwindling fast. Releasing the PS5 during covid ended up helping a lot. I'm curious to see how long timed exclusives can keep them around as the consoles stay expensive and solid PC rigs are more affordable.
