I know it would've been unreasonable to have three or more variations of Johnny dialogue during side missions and gigs in order to account for the nature of your relationship with him, but alas
Because people feel he's the personification of all the undelivered promises.I personally enjoyed him as a character, if anything I wish he was more involved in side gigs so you feel he's with you all the time.
