Every character has a brainless skill tree that trivializes the game. It's a Borderlands tradition.

You won't get your full kit till like 12-15 hours in, and even then the builds feel half-baked until you're swimming in legendaries. If you're not running double XP events or cheesing the arena grinds, you're basically just tickling enemies till postgame. Honestly, grab a save editor or bounce till they patch in actual progression tuning.

So the techtrees and unlocks are based around the lategame, and they never playtested the early game. Makes sense. I've been looking at my trees and going like - damn theses would be bangers later on when more synergies start to pile up.... but right now they don't do shit and even spamming headshots feels like you're hitting everything with wet noodles.
