>>720823691But in GTA 5 there is just endless ocean. There's nothing to actually explore, there's no islands or anything in the distant horizon you might want to go towards. And so there's no motivation to explore far beyond the coast of the map. If there's mountains with land on the other side then players are going to want to go there and when they can't, because of some invisible wall, they're not going to be happy. It was already shit in RDR2 when your boat would just sink if you ever tried to cross over to Mexico.
