As a 31 year old boomer, is there ANY reason for me to play persona?
>>
Yes

>boomer
are you retarded
can you stop talking in internet memes

I'm a similar age and I would recommend SMT over this. Persona is more of a vn than a jrpg (the simplest combat imaginable btw). The music is top notch, but I'm definitely too old for school settings.

It's literally the best JRPG ever made. If you like JRPGs, you should play it.

It's good, but if you don't care for high school settings, it's not so good that you should play it despite that. School setting aside, the main turn-off I can think of is that it's very long and overly padded, and I say that having only played the original on PS3. I can't speak for all the stuff they added to Royal.

It's fun

If you're heterosexual, yes.

when you finish this game you'll feel like an asshole for wasting your time

As a fellow 31 year old boomer i just finished it the other day
Breddy gud/10

No, the entire school setting is wasted if you aren't Asian. Asian glorify their high school years for some reason.

honestly, not really. I loved persona 3 and it's one of my 3-ish favorite games of all time and that love kinda carried 5 for me, which don't get me wrong, it's an excellent game for what it is, but even by the time it released when I was like 24 or whatever I could already feel it slipping away as not really "for me " anymore.
Just play e33 if you haven't.
