The rest is minor mistranslations you find in all of these games. Translators have a bias toward Kiryu worship, the original dialogues don't praise or admire Kiryu nearly as much. There's also Kanda calling Mine a westaboo, just in a more roundabout way.

Then in Purgatory Mine explained the situation and said that he was going to try making amends with the triads. And in the finale he said he also contacted Black Monday and moved forward with the resort.
Fixing everything wrong with 3 would cause a branching timeline, it's probably just a cutdown remake like K2 with other out of place actors.
