On the S2 games and updates you can see solid improvements over how S1 games typically run, expectations for S2 games and versions are generally more of what you'd expect out of something like a PS4 Pro or Series S instead of a minor upgrade, S1 games in general are running far better than expected, everything in general is snappier be it the UI or basic things like using the Joycons, it's a solid 1080p at bare minimum instead of this weird 540p-720p mess the S1 was, you have mouse mode that is already being utilized in certain games, the kickstand is so monumentally better it's an understatement, the Joycons are also monumentally better in design due to the magnetism and how everything feels, and it feels way more premium than I thought it would.I am speaking of it as someone who has never owned an OLED and owns both a PS4 Pro and Xbone X, but to me it doesn't feel like a Switch 1 Pro, it does feel like a Switch 2, and unlike the S1 I don't feel like it needs a "Pro" revision in the future unless devs drop the ball unbelievably poorly in optimization.
