It's one of the hardest bosses in the game for sure, but mostly just because of the massive health pool, making it so you can't just skip the second phase with tool spam like you can with almost every other boss. I used Reaper and mostly pogo'd her, being sure not to if I saw her telegraph that she was going to attack up and diagonal, because that attack has huge range. Triggering her parry is actually a good thing, because she can only do 2 things after it.
