I think the game is fine, but I absolutely despise the randomization on loading a save. A Visitor can change on reload, so all it leads to is testing the same person over and over again until they are revealed to be a Visitor. If the game didn't nuke my save after getting an ending, I would record it. The demo was much better and it's not very scary for horror.

Man, are there really not character specific endings in this? That's so lame. I keep trying to save the little girl, cause surely keeping your promise you made to your neighbor at the start of the game and keeping her feeling safe and sane instead of forcing the harsh reality on her will have some kind of reward, right? Instead from the endings I got it just seems...they're generic, and the game instead wants to go the direction of "hehe, it's a mystery ;)" rather than fucking answering anything plainly. Sad thing was I pirate my whole life and because of recent indie bangers I've enjoyed, I decided this time I'll buy first since the last games I've been buying after pirating. And now I remember why I pirate first buy later, cause the demo for this really did feel like it had potential but the writer doesn't actually know how to build a narrative.
