I'm 40 and have no job and probably have to ask my parents for money to buy games. What do you think? Is it very embarrassing?
>>
>>721156237
I'm 40 years old with a good job and my own place, and still I envy you.
The moment I get fired or can't work anymore I will starve to death; meanwhile you pretty much won the eternal struggle and will never have to work.
>>
>>721156237
I don't think klonoa said this
>>
Yes, but there are a million things worse than being embarrassed. Such as being destitute, for example. Or dying before you're 15.
>>
At least pirate if you have no money
>>
I'm 45 and have a job and money and a place of my own. And I almost quit it to become a neet because corporate life is meaningless.
>>
>>721156237
40 is pretty bad, you should be at least floating a part time gig by now. Part time gig in a shitty apartment is kind of the dream, having to ask your parents for shit kills the soul. Anything more, who cares, none of this shit matters or goes anywhere and ends in disaster.
I will say the second you stop being so inept that you need to ask your parents for money, they start asking you for money and that train never stops.
>>
IDC it's your life but you posting it means you're embarrassed so change that
>>
>>721156237
depend on how rich you are
if you are very rich then who fucking care if you are not moving out of your parent mansion when you reach 18
just ask money for crack or something
then split it off to buy some vidya

I play free games and wait for discounts to buy to save on opinions. I play crypto and sometimes use the profits to buy to feel better.

>>721157221
Oh....

>>721157351
No one wants to be poor.

Friends, believe me. And I dare say I've tried many times.

See if ULINE is hiring near you, or possibly Amazon's 4-hour shifts (warehouse or driving delivering packages with your vehicle if you have one). I'm not some fitness enthusiast and still found the 10-hour shifts doable, so perhaps you'll be able to get used to this kind of work, temporarily. Warehouse work was where I got the money for investing, which I finally dove into for the first time after I lost a job and was looking for a new one. I'm not math/numbers wiz, but just taking my time to carefully research things has lead to thousands in profit.

I'd like to think so too. For example, those who were born rich like kings or monks. They don't have to work. But using other people's money and make yourself useful in return I try to think like that.

>>721156329
Of course, he didn't say this.

i don't think so
posting anime at 40 is pretty embarrassing tho

>If you're being honest
I am. My job and responsibilities' worries tend to wake me up in the middle of the night. You're free.

And not just that: not starving is pretty much the reason behind everything people do, from the humblest farmer to the richest billionaire. By not needing to worry about those things you're above and beyond the rest of mankind.

Try a graduation that fits your interest, rather than your parents' suggestions.

I've graduated at Cinema and I enjoyed it a lot, specially when it had zero math-branched classes.

I got my degree at 32 - I'm currently unemployed but by this time next year I'll likely have a job

Got a master's degree this year at Sociology and I'm 36, one of my colleagues was 48.

It's never too late.

I'm a 30 year old man with a wagie job and I still ask my mom to buy me video games when I can't pirate them
>>
My friend got recently a job at a restaurant where he works twice per week 10 hour shifts. He gets 2 bucks straight to his pockets.
Probably sucks but maybe you can opt for something like that to finance your Vidya
>>
I'm 30 and have a comfy work from home job where I play video games during team meetings

its funny, at 18 i didnt get accepted to university and became a neet, at 21 i applied again and pussied out, at 24 i wanted to apply again but felt it was too late. now at 28 im applying AGAIN wanting to kms for thinking it was too late at 24

all of this and never worked a day in my life, i wish it was as easy as going to work in a warehouse for amazon or postal service but they are never hiring.

With the new deportation and anti-immigrant laws, all of those works are opening again. Soon you will get one of those jobs.

try factories or fabrication shops instead if theres any nearby. theres often very simple tasks and machines to operate and theyre permanently short on hands

I'm soon applying to be a teacher (which was my primary goal since childhood) for either sociology, history, antropology or human civism classes. Also just got a job offer as antropologist so might also apply to it meanwhile I have to wait a whole year for the teacher admissions season to start.

Fun fact: 60% of my classmates since the grad's 1st year were commies, none of them succeeded into master's.

It's a shame the system will allow Neonazis like you to poison young minds.
>>
>>721158935
one is never too old for college if what you really are there for is to study. But you need to be honest with yourself and truly understand why you dropped out, i also dropped out twice and then i realized that the problem wasn't that i didn't find a career that interested me.
The problem was i just really don't like studying, an issue that i had since elementary.
So reflect on why you really fail, it will save you time and money

Someone who is useless is not in charge of anything.
If you see someone seemingly undeserving in a position of power then you can be sure that him being there is useful to somebody who's in charge of something.
The caveat of large complex hierarchies is that oversights happen but mistakes are rectified when someone responsible is made aware of them. Vermin does well to always hide for that reason.
>>
you're supposed to pirate games no matter how much money you have
>>
>>721156237
How do your parents feel that you are still leeching on them and you'll likely starve once they pass on?
>>721156326
If you get fired you get a severance package until you find a new job. If you become disabled, you get put on disability. Can't be that bad.

he's a 40yo neet he doesn't buy games he spends it on skins and gacha
>>

It's not that hard to find a simple job that won't pay you much but enough to sponsor you hobbies, food and even support parents.
You can become a warehouse guard. And spend the working nights playing vidya on your laptop.

I'm 34, and I'm an engineer for trade.
Took ten fucking years to finish uni thanks to being a poorfag and struggling paying the bills for it, but at last I managed to graduate.

Work was shitty at first with low pay and 12-hour shifts, but nowadays I get paid decently, and I managed to automatize most of my work so I finish in like 5 hours and get out early. Traffic is still hell tho.

I play vidya at night streaming it for my followers, mine is a comfy stream of around 30 people where I stream classic Nintendo games and we all have a good time. I also have a decent Youtube Channel that doesn't give much earnings but at least I use that money to buy more vidya.

Life's comfy nowadays, only thing I wish I had is a car, shit's expensive both to buy and mantain in this murderous third world shithole.

this is true. It is better but this also means that when your parent's die it's over for you. Unless you get a sizable amount of money you will start have to start slaving at the worst jobs if you can even get one

>Neonazis like you
Many of them told me that, completely discarding the fact that I'm jewish, however. Interesting that some of them shared theories that "Jews cannot exist in a communist world", which sounds pretty ironic considering their claims of "neonazi opposition" and their premisses of "free speech and human rights" and them ironically denying the Holocaust as part of a "capitalist scum agenda".
