Is that Signalis?
I will never play Signalis due to pure spite towards its obnoxious fanbase, and I talk as someone who enjoys indie survival horror games a lot.

The combat is pretty barebones but the atmosphere is great. I'd say you're missing out (as someone who plays survival horror) just because some faggots are obnoxious. I don't get your reasoning but you do you I guess.

I wanted to like the game, I really did.

What do you dislike about it? It's pretty standard RE clone.

The Only RE games I ever play was the first one all the way back when it first released, and the demo for the boat one.
Turns out I really don't like this sort of game.

The puzzles get boring after a while, and the fact that the enemies can just resurrect unless you burn their bodies made me lose all willingness to fight them. Also, the enemy placement got progressively more annoying as the game went on.
It's a shame because i really liked the story and the atmosphere, but actually playing the game felt like dragging my balls through a mile of glass fragments.
>>
When every game has yuri, then it becomes boring an annoying.
>>
>>721252573
running past every enemy and solving puzzles is core RE gameplay though
>>
>>721251631
Enemies constantly respawning, combined with limited ammunition.
Backtracking to your safe house because "quest items" takes up inventory space.

Well guess i just don't like Resident Evil gameplay then
Honestly the puzzles wouldn't even be so tedious if you could just kill all enemies and then take your time to complete them, but having to run from one place to another, with the constant threat of enemies just popping back up everytime you pass near them, just makes the experience agonizing
>>
>>721254735
If I were I would play Signalis.
>>
>>721255197
That is why you have flares, so you can permanently kill enemies in places you expect to use often. It's easy to kill enemies, but they get up eventually so it's about route planning. Killing all enemies and then walking in empty hallways would get boring fast.

No one hates women more than women.
>>
>>721257307
you think that's bad, wait till you see the domestic violence rates, there's a reason they divorce more often than not.
>>
>>721257369
dykes daydreaming about heterosexual women and mentally coping by having the relationship be "doomed" due to some tragedy instead of the normal woman just not being interested in them.
>>
>>721257003
Would it though? The way you complete puzzles is basically go down one route, kill enemies, get the key/passcode you need, go back to main hub and then repeat the process with the other routes, so wouldn't the fact that enemies stay dead simply speed up the process, thus making it less boring?
Also yes, you do have flares, but you can only find a limited number of them which is not enough to completely clear the areas that you utilize the most, especially as the game progresses and the amount of enemies increase. Or at least that's what it seemed like to me

If you let other people's opinions influence whether or not you like a certain thing you'll just ruin your fun anon, especially since trannies have infested every online community nowadays

Broski it's survival horror. You're meant to avoid enemies, manage a limited inventory, use your resources carefully. It's the appeal of this genre.

Out of the 3 big low poly indie survival horror games (Alisa, Signalis and Conscript) i'd honestly rate Signalis the lowest just cuz it's very basic gameplay wise. Doesn't mean it's bad just the weakest out of the 3.

It was made for a completely fucking different time, even prior to Lovecraft. Of course, the actual setting and play within a play formatting gave most of its context and is the reason that you hear about Carcosa literally hundreds of years later (and in fact, Chambers himself borrowed the name from a previous author, Bierce). Chambers, Lovecraft, and Howard would be proud today to see how far their influence and reference has traveled, but uh.. they've be VERY upset about some other things going on in the world.

Nah, anon, it's just the classic case of terminal online syndrome. Some dudes can't engage with media without checking the "acceptable" opinions on it first, like they need a permission slip to enjoy something. Just play the damn game, form your own thoughts, and stop checking Twitter every five minutes to see which faction you've disappointed.

I bet you say the same thing when game include furry characters.
