OP is this game is retarded./v/ doesn't really play competitive games and my understanding of Blizzard pre-Overwatch is that "they made great digital experiences" but they didn't necessarily make good "games".This is a game for 7 year olds and their 34 year old "gamer moms" that have 30 minutes of free time before taking them to soccer practice.Here's 3 fundamental changes to the way that this game works that are going to have to happen:- Add movement acceleration. There is none. Characters start moving and then they stop, regardless of whether they weigh 80 pounds like Dva or 800 like Roadhog- Remove any and all mechanics that just nullify something or make it impossible. It shouldn't be literally impossible to shoot Genji as long as he pressed E, but it is- Stop giving characters ultimates for doing literally nothingAfter doing this you now have a version of TF2 with stupid, broken mechanics and a character that can do 800 damage a second and a character that takes no damage a second because runs up walls and is constantly doing backflips.

It's impressive overwatch has been on an upward trajectory for the past year, personally if they wanna supercharge it i think they NEED to release 6 heroes a year at least, add some more sexy skins like panther mercy, besides that the games probably in the best state it's ever been in terms of every hero felling viable in comp, quick que times and having 3 distinct popular modes (5v5, 6v6, stadium.)
