Tali is written as having an onconditional crush on male shepards, Liara is pushed on you as both genders and even keeps a shrine with your dogtags which is doubly fucked if you're a spacer and have a living mother those should have went to. Keep in mind Liara could have been fucking ignored for ALL of mass effect 1 to the point where you're obligated to pick her up before ilos to finish the game and she'll still do this creepy shit as if you were starcrossed lovers that spent an entire adventure together.
