>>721478429Its good early game with weak enemies, but by the time you're mid-level you have better options for AOE/zone of occlusion kind of skills. Personally my favorite character is not-bayonetta who starts with the 2 guns that do the cross-fire thing that evolves into screen clearing laser beams. Especially if you get the book that lowers your cooldown, at level 5 it will just constantly fire.

At first its about unlocking weapons/levels/characters, and then it starts giving you hidden level items that introduce new mechanics, then you're hunting arcana, and you've got a pretty good way to expand the game. After that I think its more about seeing if you can break the game.

Soul Steal + Troll Bomb + Sword Brothers will make early game Hyper Inverse easy.Before, its a race to get Seraphic Cry for 4x screen clear explosion.
