I liked MKW. Knockout Tour is fun, and the costumes are a genuinely huge draw for me. It's kind of dumb to say, but Nintendo is so picky with their characters that seeing those costumes is kind of more enticing than usual, compared with other franchises. I'd be stoked if they had varied costumes in the next Smash Bros. I also like the open world and the music is top-tier.I'll fully admit I'm not the type to play online against randoms, nor the type to grind out tracks to pull off crazy off-track exploits, so maybe I'm not part of the conversation to begin with, so to speak. But still, I'm sure there are others who like the new stuff that exists.Anyway, I'm still getting Sonic AND Kirby day one, and hope to enjoy all of them.
