Only enemy recruit in Lindon and he doesn't even require any thought to recruit. You don't really have to protect any green units for rewards or do anything under a time limit. There's no unique stuff like burning supplies in RD and the only defense chapter is a joke. And CQ and Engage are the only ones that even kinda put an effort into this stuff, it's barely present in the other nu-FE games at all. Because the series for a long while now has leaned much more into putting your focus into building skills and classes instead.
