Evelyn seems good because she is the ONLY main fire dps but that's pure fucking luck since hoyo would rather make 8 electric dps instead.It's almost never worth getting an old unit unless it's utility like a support or stunner. Just wait for when they drop Evelyn 2.0 cause it will happen.
