I feel like Engineer monkey gets insane slept on. The pin feels like a better glue tower since it keeps bloons in your killbox and the cleansing foam is the best buff remover in the whole game and can be got for pretty cheap. Plus the thematic connection of popping bloons with a nailgun is more fun to me then blasting them with a sniper rifle or whatever.
