So what does the soulgem even do. It's supposed to be a soul prison, but an angel told them how to corrupt it so they could slowly break free from it and corrupt surrounding people. But then what does smashing it do. You still have prime evils you have to imprison, right? Wouldn't their spirits just remain free now? Why did baal want his soulstone back?
