I actually enjoyed the first game going for the whole cartoony family drama thing with its writing. I can't say I listened to all of it, but a lot of characters managed to have a grasp on my attention.2's writing is so much fucking worse it's unreal. Lots of enemies make it super dangerous to get close because they have wonky hitboxes with frame 1 startups. Mel is way to less snappy than zag too. The worst to me is Hephaestus, because his attack and special boons are only good with a bunch of levels and rarity. Or Ares, who is very underwhelming in general.

Going melee is horrible. The damage the sister blades can dish out is incredible, but I can't see shit when I'm in the thick of it.

I hadn't played since the game released in EA, just beat the surface. Prometheus was hard as fuck but really fun, in contrast Typhon was a disappointment but the Zeus cutscene was cool at leastNow to beat the game 100 times more, there is so much new shit to collect

He used to have the best run build a few patches ago where the run would level by 100 and proced every like 8 seconds leading to just running circles around bosses until they died but they nerfed that to the ground.
