For me the best DBZ "game" has always been a special adventure map for the original Warcraft 3 called something like "DBZ Tribute".

It was a large map with different areas that represent various locations from the series, including the afterlife or stuff like the insides of Buu.

There were a ton of playable characters, all had their own unique gameplay mechanics. Cell actually had to hunt the Androids, Buu had to be awakened and can absorb others and such.

Characters could transform like in the show. You could even have two players fuse when they are close and both wrote "Fusion-Ha!" in the chat at the same time.

You could enter the world tournament. You could collect the Dragon Balls, summon Shenron and make a wish.

If you died you could travel the Snake Path and train on King Kai's planet.

All the movies happened as scripted global events, so players could even essentially play co-op PvE.

Tons of features that even official DBZ games never really had.

Absolutest purest cinema.

When you go into knowing what youre in for and without paying for it, Ultimate Tenkaichi can actually be pretty fun. Yup he does sort of. Just like super saiyan, Ultimate seems to have a normal rest level (the round eyes like SS grade 4) and a power stressed level (rectangular/angry SS eyes). In the original manga it's unclear if it can be turned on and off. You can headcanon it as permanent or toggleable, both are equally valid desu.
