Remake and Rebirth were timed Playstation exclusives. Yes, that ended up hurting the sales of Rebirth. But it's not like they don't get paid big bucks for that.It also frees up resources to not have to port a game that's still a work in progress. How many switch ports last gen fell into this category? They either couldn't have it ready for launch, delayed it because it wasn't ready, or in some cases didn't even start porting until after launch.There's also the fact that remake is just now hitting Switch 2 and rebirth will need to be ready for 2026 if they want to release part 3 during their stated 2027 launch window across multiple platforms.In short, don't count on it.

They already confirmed its not Sony exclusive. But that doesn't mean it will be available on all platforms day one.They are probably focusing on Playstation and PC only for the moment considering XBOX is always a sorta afterthought and the Switch 2 is still new.
