I played Dragon Age: Origins again for the first time in 15 years. Holy fuck, it's still good.Sure it's dated and janky, but the lore is so insanely deep and the story was probably one of the most compelling vidya stories.I have never seen a game of this caliber followed by such utterly trash sequels.It's worse than ME1/2 to 3 & Andromeda, worse than Deus Ex to Inivisable War & weebeus Ex, worse than Bungie Halo to 343 Gaylo, worse than Morro/Oblivion to Skyrim.It is objectively the biggest fall from grace in video game franchise history.
