It really feels like the reception of this game was artificially hyped up to punish MKW for its mistakes which despite how boring that game is feels a lot more polished than this. That game has item spam as well to be fair but CPUs in Crossworlds are just experts at pegging you back at exactly the right moment on the last stretch and the ones that spawn above you from portals are just taking the piss. I felt like in order to be consistent I had to use the monster truck as soon as I start the race and that made it a lot easier to preserve my lead from there and not risk getting caught up in the maelstrom. Whoever made it so you start in last on EVERY FUCKING LEG is a braindead gook.
